All our Class and Open Gym Hours are by reservation only. If you are interested in Dropping in or visiting our gym, please contact us prior to doing so. Our Free Open House Hours are designed for those new to CrossFit. If you are an experienced CrossFitter, interested in dropping in, Please Contact Us.
to assure proper progression, and recovery we recommend training 2-3 days in a row, followed by one day of rest.
