If you ever find yourself in a pinch with a nagging or acute injury, please do not hesitate to contact us directly to ask any specific questions. These times are best utilized to focus on healing, following your medical experts’ advice. While working to get back to 100%, we will make sure to equip and accommodate you with anything we can do and provide to help you do so. NUTRITION & RECOVERY
-Sleep 7 to 10 hours nightly
-Drink 3/4 gallon to 1 gallon of water daily
-Eat meat, vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. --Shop the perimeter of the grocery store and avoid processed foods.
-Pre workout: 100mg to 150mg caffeine (Most effective if it’s your only daily dose of caffeine)
