Tips and Tricks #5

Sep 18, 2012   //   by Paul Siegel   //   Blog  //  Comments Off

1) Clean up after yourself.

This includes all body fluids, nasty fouled up tape on bars and kettlebells, and anything else.  Leaving the gym and equipment ready to go for the next class is a great way to show respect for the community.  If you leave DNA on anything, clean it off. Because, seriously…Ew.

2) If you aint mobile, you aint nothing.

You might be as strong as an ox and fast as cheetah but if your body cant get into position quickly, easily and efficiently you will not be able to prove that you are as strong as an ox and as fast as a cheetah. Plus, it helps stave off injuries and helps you be better for the next go round.
