Option B.
If your circumstances don’t allow you to drop in at a local box, go to https://www.wodconnect.com/workout_lists/travel-wods and find a series of on the road, no equipment needed, workouts that you can do anywhere. We’re here for any and all questions on how to approach these wods!

INJURY MANAGEMENT

If you ever find yourself in a pinch with a nagging or acute injury, please do not hesitate to contact us directly to ask any specific questions. These times are best utilized to focus on healing, following your medical experts’ advice. While working to get back to 100%, we will make sure to equip and accommodate you with anything we can do and provide to help you do so. We are experienced in modifying movements and workouts for members having injuries. The followings are our recommendations:

NUTRITION & RECOVERY

-Sleep 7 to 10 hours nightly
-Drink 3/4 gallon to 1 gallon of water daily
-Eat meat, vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. --Shop the perimeter of the grocery store and avoid processed foods.
-Pre workout: 100mg to 150mg caffeine (Most effective if it’s your only daily dose of caffeine)
-Post workout: Progenex Recovery mixed with Nooma (Proven as one of the top whey protein isolates available, Progenex Recovery has been hydrolyzed for fast absorption which is the most critical aspect for a post workout recovery shake. In addition, Nooma is a fantastic natural and healthy source of electrolytes as well as natural sugars which is extremely helpful in replacing the glycogen within the muscles if consumed within 30 mins post workout.
