IMO … I think we should make GHD situps ‘Games Style’ … both hands touch the ground. If you can’t reach the bottom, put some plates or something that you can touch. We have to work towards the goal of touching both hands to the bottom of the GHD machine.

Just focus on making it through the DB HSC. They suck. The rest isn’t that bad.
