1. Due to very low attendance 7:30 p.m. classes are now by request only, and not regularly scheduled.
2. As of Monday of next week (February 28th) we will be having noon classes.
3. We’re implementing a cool new project which we will need pictures of everyone in the gym. So this coming week we’re going to be taking them. They’re going to be just the face, so don’t worry about dressing up, but if you’re concerned with looking nice consider this your warning.
4. Saturday are Bring a Friend day! At 10 a.m. we will give any beginners a chance to do “Cherry” in a group setting. Remember that if your friend signs up for a membership you get a month free. If you get enough friends to join you could potentially get a year free!

Colt 45 – did you do this workout today? I’m wondering how that knee is holding up after the last few squat/clean bonanzas we’ve been having lately. And I still can’t believe that story. But – I do like ham.
I’m a fan of that one. I actually don’t put the pictures up. Chace/Nate like to have some control, so I let them play with the pictures.

Yeah, 3:30. Have Jr’s baseball practice at 5…. if Nate is going to come in at 10 am, I’d like to work out then, but don’t want to impose on his training time.
If you can’t make it in at 10, let me know in comments. I could open up at 3:30 friday. Might even workout with ya.

Is the noon class Monday-Friday? That’s a great time for me. I like the idea of the 6am class, but haven’t been able to consistently get enough sleep to make it there. Noon is a nice fallback time that doesn’t involve 285 rush hour traffic.
I’ve occasionally noticed blog posts about a Sunday class, but there’s not one on the schedule. Is that a regular thing?

The app is a searchable list of all CrossFit affiliates world-wide, links to their web site and photo gallery, cert info, etc. There’s also a google map showing all affiliates – making it easy to find someplace to workout when traveling.

@Mike – can the app track CrossFit workouts? Work on Android?
@Wade: CrossFit Finder is iPhone/iPad/iPodTouch only, and doesn’t do any workout tracking. I’m borderline obsessive about tracking pretty much everything I’m working on changing, so I’m certainly interested in that capability.
The ‘WOD’ app is great for that!…and it’s got many of the benchmarks already programmed, a lot of the new heroes arent on there, but it let’s you add em…

I could almost ALWAYS come at 1:00, (like seriously the best time EVER for me to 90% of the time be able to do, easy cheesy breezee… but never ever not one time ever, (unless school is closed) could never come at stupid dumb 12 noon:( …And I usually work until 6:15 & can’t make 6:30…
